Join us on Saturday, September 24th for the first Family Cultural Spot of the season. Drawing inspiration from the many works in CIFO's current exhibition, Viewpoint: 2011 CIFO Grants & Commissions Program Exhibition, the children will be led through a guided tour of the exhibition and a project relating to perspective. Inspired by Laura Belém's installation Jardim de Esculturas II (Sculpture Garden II) the children will participate in the creation of an outdoor sculpture garden and construct a miniature one to take home! Using photography as a way of capturing their individual viewpoints, they will explore perspective, 3-D modeling, collaboration as well as fine tune their motor skills.
