Internships Available to College Students with Disabilities: AAPD Launches Summer 2010 Application

31st College Television Awards Call for Entries - Loreen Arbus Focus on Disability Scholarship. This award will be given to a Student writer, producer or director with a disability, to a Student producer whose piece focuses on people with disabilities, or to a piece that features a person with a disability as one of the main characters.

VSA arts Announces International Collaborative Art Project
VSA arts is taking a creative approach to investigate how many ways people will interpret the same word. The Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation Public Policy Fellowship Program 2010-2011

2010 Schwallie Family Scholarship Application Period Is Open
OAR began accepting applications for the 2010 Schwallie Family Scholarship program on January 1, 2010
to support qualified individuals with autism or Asperger Syndrome residing in the United States pursuing post-secondary education. OAR will present awards of $3,000 each across three categories: 1) Four-year undergraduate college or university; 2) Two-year undergraduate college, and; 3) Trade, technical or vocational school. ING: Unsung Heroes Awards - Rewarding Excellence in America’s Schools
The ING Unsung Heroes Awards program recognizes innovative and progressive thinking in education through monetary awards. Maximum award: $25,000. Eligibility: full-time educators, teachers, principals, paraprofessionals, or classified staff members with effective projects that improve student learning at an accredited K-12 public or private school.

Bright House Networks Airtime Grant Program For Non-Profit Organizations
Provides promotional airtime each year to 501(C)(3) non-profit organizations located in the seven counties served by the Tampa Bay Division. Airtime grants may be used to promote general awareness about an organization or to promote a recipient's special event. Grants range in value from $5,000 up to $25,000 in advertising. Promotional messages can be aired on more than 40 popular cable networks...to reach specific audiences.
